Microsoft Edge Beta Is Coming to Android

Microsoft is bringing the whole gamut of Edge browsers onto devices, but there was always one entry missing: the version. Now, Microsoft is fixing this problem by releasing the Edge Beta build onto the Google Play store.

Beta, Now Mobile

Microsoft released the app just now. If you’re interested, head over to the Beta app page and download it right away.

The release marks another member of the Edge family making its jump over to smartphones. Microsoft has previously released regular Edge, Edge Dev, and Edge Canary onto Android devices, giving users a wide selection of builds to pick from.

Of course, because this is the Edge Dev build, Microsoft wants to hear what you think about the browser. Be sure to give it a whirl and report any bugs or problems you find so Microsoft can make Edge on Android even better.

Making a Better Beta With Microsoft Teams

If you want to check out and test all the shiny new features for Microsoft Teams on Android, give the beta build a try. Anyone can download and use it, and your feedback can help shape the browser’s future on your phone.

If you don’t mind sacrificing some stability to see all the bleeding edge features as they’re developed, you should check out the Canary build. It contains features still hot out of the oven from Microsoft and gives you a chance to play with them before anyone else.
