Fortnite Week 3 Challenges COUNTDOWN – Prosyscom
Fortnite Season 4 is well underway and by now players will be accustomed to completing their new weekly challenges on a Tuesday following the start of the Season 4 Battle Pass.
This, of course, means we’re fast approaching another series of challenges for players to complete and like every other week, these have leaked online ahead of time.
Once again, it’s the Fortnite Tracker website who have revealed this info and assuming there are no last-minute changes from Epic Games, the new challenges for Season 4 Week 3 should be as followed:
• Watch a Match Replay (1)
• Deal damage with Pistols to opponents (500)
• Search Chests in Lonely Lodge (7)
• Search Rubber Duckies (10)
• Follow the treasure map found in Salty Springs (1) (HARD)
• Sniper Rifle Eliminations (2) (HARD)
• Eliminate opponents in Tilted Towers (3) (HARD)
It’s worth noting these won’t be live until early tomorrow morning, potentially after a new Fortnite game update and possibly a period of server downtime too.
In addition to the above, players will also want to remember that completion of all Week 3 challenges will also unlock a new loading screen.
The new ‘Blockbuster’ challenges were introduced at the start of Season 4 and allow players to unlock additional loading screens each week which also “add to the narrative of Season 4”
However, they also provide clues which lead players to locations in the game world which are hiding additional Battle Stars.
In the first week the battle star location was hidden, very faintly, in the first image. Which the second week had coordinates etched on the wall which provided clues on the location of the second Battle Star.
Will there be a third secret Battle star location for Week 3. You can be sure of it.
But you’ll have to wait for the games new challenges to go live and the loading screen to be acquired by players before we know where to look.
So stay tuned for more info, because it will come thick and fast when those challenges go live.
News of these new challenges comes after some reasonably good news for Fortnite players waiting on the Android Battle Royale release date.
Fans might not have to wait too much longer to find out more, following recent comments by Epic Games PR Nick Chester.
Taking to Twitter, Chester informed one fan that the developer is gearing up for an announcement, writing:
“We are continuing to work on the Android version of the game and will have an update soon,” Chester tweeted.
Fans will be hoping they don’t have to wait too long for Epic Games to announce the Fortnite Battle Royale release date on Android.
But with E3 2018 a few weeks away, it could be that Epic, who seem to have an increased presence at the gaming conference this year, will wait for the annual tradeshow before making such a massive announcement.
