COD: Black Ops Cold War Xbox Series X Shut Down: Microsoft or Activision’s Fault?

This issue may be the first major problem of Microsoft’s Xbox Series X especially during the early weeks of its debut. The occurrence may pinpoint that several system settings of the new console may not be compatible with Activision’s latest title that continues the “Call of Duty” franchise.

However, since gamers have no further discoveries regarding the game and with Activision not revealing any details regarding the case, the bug or problem cannot be entirely put to Microsoft’s Xbox Series X. This issue also opens the possibility to “Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s” system and game files which may be overrun with bugs.

Numerous users are experiencing the same problems on the Xbox Series X. Only one user testifies regarding “COD Black Ops Cold War’s” buggy system affecting its counterpart, Sony’s next-generation console, the Playstation 5, which also receives the same title.
