DataHouse Announces New Leaders For Ambitious Future Vision | Tech News
Aaron Kagawa, DataHouse’s new VP of Product and Technology, is a passionate engineer and dedicated husband and father who loves Hawaii and technology.
HONOLULU, HI – DataHouse is excited to announce two new additions to their leadership team, Aaron Kagawa and Terry Allen. Aaron will be taking the role of Vice President of Product and Technology and Terry will be Chief Consulting Officer.
“Aaron represents both a refreshing perspective to product and solution development and proven capabilities in technology and innovation,” said Eddie Ontai, President of DataHouse. “I’m looking forward to unleashing Aaron into higher realms of possibility, leveraging the talent and domain expertise we already have within DataHouse’s forty-one plus years of proven success.”
Aaron will be responsible for establishing and creating team building technology strategies, as well as assisting with product development opportunities.
Before joining the DataHouse team, Aaron was successfully developing innovative products as Live Action / Referentia’s lead technical engineer for eleven years.
“I am excited to take on this new adventure with DataHouse, utilizing my passions for technology toward creating a better tomorrow,” Aaron explains. “I believe Hawaii has the values, determination, and ingenuity to create innovation that can positively impact the world.”
Terry Allen, DataHouse’s new Chief Consulting Officer, is a hardworking businessman, husband, and father with a dedication to excellence and doing what’s right.
Terry Allen has thirteen years of management consulting experience. He is passionate about helping organizations realize their full potential by working closely with his clients to get to the core of what makes their organization tick.
“Terry’s proven leadership and capability around management consulting and business process will enable DataHouse to take its already successful service delivery practices to the next level,” explains Eddie. “Repeatability, efficiency, sensibility, and value, are all descriptors and parameters we’ll be establishing for ourselves as we continually look to improve our products and service offerings for our clients. Terry will be helping to lead us in this new direction.”
Prior to joining the DataHouse family, Terry was a management consultant for the global strategy and technology firm, Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led business transformations, process improvements, and change management projects across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. He’s also led change and innovation at Hawaii’s largest non-profit and managed a complete business transformation across three European countries.
And leading in business atmospheres is not his only skill. “I’m actually a licensed pilot and I’ve learned a lot about navigation, teamwork, and properly synthesizing information, no matter how clear or cloudy the forecast,” Terry explains. “I’m looking forward to including these leadership skills as I work with the DataHouse team to help navigate Hawaii toward a more innovative future.”
