Chinese ecommerce and giant has signed a new agreement with telecommunications company in Hong Kong where the two firms will look to develop and deploy a new digital ecosystem for enterprises.

The agreement will cover computing, big data and , with the looking to underpin Kong’s growing digital internet economy.
