Fallout 76 Character System and Perks Reveal Set for QuakeCon | Gaming
Fallout 76 is only a few short months away from launch, which means fans should be learning a lot more about the game in the coming weeks. Considering the fact that there will also be a beta in the month leading up to the actual release, fans should have a very good idea of what to expect when the game arrives.
The next big batch of Fallout 76 details are due to arrive this weekend at QuakeCon 2018. QuakeCon kicks off tomorrow and, although the community knew Fallout 76 would make an appearance at the event, it sounds like more details than expected are going to be shared.
A new press release from Bethesda confirms that QuakeCon will feature a Fallout 76 panel and a followup Q&A session all about the game. The big surprise was that the press release also confirmed that the panel will include a deep dive into the upcoming game’s Perks and Character systems…
“On Saturday at 11 am CT, Todd Howard and others from Bethesda Game Studios will take fans through a deeper dive into the character system and Perks coming in Fallout 76, followed by a Q&A with the team to address fans’ most pressing questions.”
The Perks system in Fallout is always an exciting reveal and heavily impacts how players will choose to play the game. Seeing the different paths and specializations ahead of the game’s launch is sure to get the fans even more excited to dive into the multiplayer experience this fall.
Fans who can’t wait for the actual launch day can secure access to the game’s beta by pre-ordering the title now. There have been some concerns that the beta doesn’t take place early enough to give Bethesda time to actually make changes based on feedback, but many fans are just thinking of the experience as a month long server test and early access.
Check back for more news on the Perks and other details from QuakeCon throughout the rest of the week!
