Gimme, gimme, chibi!

Final Fantasy XV Pocket HD is coming to consoles, with the PlayStation 4 and One versions available to download now.

Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition HD is live on and Xbox One, with a Nintendo Switch version “scheduled for release soon.” Players can pick up the title for 40% off for the next week.

The game launched on iOS and Android earlier this year, with Final Fantasy XV director Hajime Tabata saying that there was “certainly a chance” it could come to Nintendo Switch.

A few days ago, a listing for the title was spotted on the UK PSN Store. The game is a condensed, chibi version of Final Fantasy 15 and contains “fully voiced key event scenes and faithfully recreated battles”.

You can pick it up for the discounted price of £14.99/ $17.99 on the PSN Store and Xbox Marketplace, before it reverts back to the full price of £24.99/ $29.99 in a week.
