Microsoft Reveals Limited Edition Gears 5 Xbox One X Bundle

Gears 5 is just around the corner, and Microsoft is celebrating its release by revealing an all-new Limited Edition Xbox One X Bundle. The Gears 5 Limited Edition Xbox One X bundle includes a 1TB Xbox One X Limited Edition, Kate Diaz Edition Xbox One Wireless Controller, digital download code for Gears 5 Ultimate Edition, Gears of War Ultimate Edition, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, and Gears of War 4, 1-month Xbox Game Pass membership, 1-month membership to Xbox Live Gold, and in-game character skins for Kait and Jack.

The Xbox One Wireless Controller – Kait Diaz Edition will also be available without the bundle along with a themed Pro charging stand. Razer is also releasing a Gears 5-themed wireless keyboard, mouse, and headset combo for the Xbox One.

The limited-edition Xbox One X console features a Gear Omen symbol on the front. It’s also the first limited edition Xbox One X console since the Project Scorpio Edition Xbox One X. According to the designers, the console features a dark translucent casing with laser-etched cracks across the surface. The limited-edition Xbox One Wireless controller was leaked a while ago along with the Pro charging stand. The controller will be available separately on 20 August 2019 for $74.99 while the Pro charging stand can be pre-ordered today for $49.99. The complete Xbox One X Gears 5 Bundle is available for pre-order at $499.99 and will be available on 6 September 2019.

Owners of the previous iterations of Xbox One consoles have nothing to worry as there will also be an Xbox One S Gears 5 bundle available for $299.99 which will include all the Gears games and 1-month membership to Xbox Live Gold.  Finally, the Razer Turret for Xbox One – Wireless keyboard and mouse combo will be available in September for $299.

Overall, it looks like Microsoft is going all-out for their upcoming exclusive. Every Gears fan will have the opportunity to pick up a limited edition peripheral for their preferred platform, or a whole new themed console to show their love for the franchise.

Gears 5 launches on September 10 for PC and Xbox One.
