Mortal Kombat 1 Takeda Takahashi and Ferra DLC Update Patch Notes Revealed
The latest update for Mortal Kombat 1 brings notable additions to the game, including Takeda Takahashi as a new DLC fighter and Ferra as a new Kameo Fighter. In addition to these exciting new characters, the Mortal Kombat 1 patch also includes a variety of general fixes and specific adjustments aimed at improving overall gameplay balance and addressing character-related issues.
Mortal Kombat 1, developed by NetherRealm Studios, serves as both a series reboot and a direct sequel to 2019’s Mortal Kombat 11. Since its release, the game’s roster has grown with several notable additions: Invincible’s Omni-Man in November 2023, Quan Chi in December, Peacemaker in February/March, Ermac in April, and The Boys’ Homelander in June. A week after releasing Homelander, the fifth DLC character in Kombat Pack 1, NetherRealm Studios released a new game update that made significant adjustments to The Boys antagonist and several other fighters.
The sixth and final DLC character for Kombat Pack 1 is Takeda Takahashi, whose release was eagerly anticipated by many fans.
A new Mortal Kombat 1 update has recently gone live, introducing new content and various improvements. Key additions to the Mortal Kombat 1 roster include Takeda and Ferra, along with new skins for characters such as Reptile, Smoke, Sub-Zero, Rain, Ermac, and Quan Chi.
The update also includes general fixes and adjustments, encompassing move list corrections, localization fixes, AI improvements, and enhanced Screen Reader functionality. Several visual issues during brutalities have been resolved, and issues preventing the “Happy Endings” trophy/achievement from being unlocked on multiple platforms have been fixed, along with specific problems with move lists in Story Mode.
