A few days ago, the company behind PUBG Mobile launched a new game named PUBG Mobile lite for Android users. The game is available on the Google Play Store and its receive lots of positive reviews. For those who don’t know, PUBG Mobile Lite is a stripped-down version of PUBG Mobile, and it’s optimized to run on low-end smartphones.

PUBG Mobile Lite will run on smartphones with less than 2GB of RAM and 2GB of onboard storage. Not only that, but the game is also optimized to run on slow internet connectivity. Since the game is optimized to run on low-end smartphones, a 2GB RAM smartphone will be more than enough for PUBG Mobile Lite. Apart from that, PUBG Mobile Lite is also optimized to run on slow internet speed.

If we talk about the storage, PUBG Mobile needs approximately 2.4GB of storage space, on the other hand, PUBG Mobile lite requires just 500MB of free space to install.

PUBG Mobile Lite vs PUBG Mobile Gaming Modes & Maps

Both of the game – PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite Looks pretty similar when you open the game for the first time. However, both of the are entirely different. PUBG Mobile Lite has only two gaming modes – Classic and Arcade. Classic has just one Map – Erangel, and the Arcade Mode just got War which gets unlocked when you reach level 10.

On the other hand, PUBG Mobile has three gaming modes Classic, Arcade, and Evoground. On Classic Mode, there are four different maps – Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok and Vikendi. Under the Arcade, there’s War, Quick Match, Mini-Zone, Sniper Training. The Evoground Mode of PUBG Mobile includes three different options – TDM: Warehouse, Zombie: Darkest Night, and Zombie: Survive Till Dawn 2

Right now PUBG Mobile Lite offers only Asia and America Server Option. On the other hand, PUBG Mobile got Asia, Middle East, North America, Europe, KRIP, America server options.

There’s a massive difference in Gameplay when it comes to PUBG Mobile Lite. On the Classic battle royale on PUBG Mobile, you compete with 100 players on a gigantic island, PUBG Mobile Lite has a smaller version of Erangel map with just 60 players.

Since a smaller map and lower number of players makes the game pretty fast, players don’t get much time to move between locations to loot. To deal with that, the game developers have introduced some useful new features on PUBG Mobile Lite. For instance, PUBG Mobile Lite gets enhanced aim assist, bullet trail adjustment, extended time to kill, etc.

Apart from that, some other features of PUBG Mobile lite include the ability to heal while moving, map quality optimization, location display for shooter within mini map’s range, etc. Weapons and other gaming equipment remain the same.
