Bellarine Peninsula, Barwon Heads agent Levi Turner said the couple from Deans Marsh were coming off some acreage and were moving to the coastal village.

“I think they really wanted something they could walk into and everything was done,” Mr Turner said.
“This house is three to four years old and has been kept immaculately so it is like a brand new house.”
The three-bedroom house is on 512sq m of land and has multiple outdoor zones.
Inside, 4.5m raked ceilings dominate the open-plan living area, burnished concrete floors add a touch of luxury and triple glass stacking doors connect the indoor and outdoor living areas.
Mr Turner said the market in Barwon Heads had not slowed down across winter but had done the opposite.
“There is not much around to buy so when something decent comes up it sells pretty quickly,” he said.
The median house price in Barwon Heads has reached $908,500, according to CoreLogic.
