Meta Brings Threads to Facebook On Carousel like Instagram Feeds
The arrival of Threads ushered in a new era for Meta which now centers on a wider multi-media approach online, but part of this app’s growth is its appearance on the Facebook app, right on a user’s feed. What does this mean? Well, if it is still not appearing in your feed, an embedded-like experience of posts from Threads, arranged on a carousel, will be more apparent to Facebook.
A previous campaign was also seen all over the Instagram feed earlier this year, showing the Threads carousel on the parent, media-centric app.
Meta Brings Threads on Facebook in New Carousel
Various users have provided screenshots of what appears to be Threads posts in a carousel, embedded on their respective Facebook feeds, showing the text-based content on the largest social media in the world. Meta is known for pushing for new Threads features and experiences in the past weeks and months, with one of its most significant updates being the edit button.

Threads users also shared these screenshots on the Meta text-based app, sharing how these posts were made available via the Facebook feed, showing suggested content that was possibly curated by the company.
On the Facebook app, this feature is under a carousel called “For you on Threads,” which may mean that it matches their preferred content based on the data shared to the platform.
Facebook Feed to Feature Threads for Visibility
However, this is not Meta’s first take on featuring Threads on its platforms, as earlier this year, the company also brought Threads posts on a carousel over at the Instagram feed. It was reported that Meta is looking to grow more Threads in the present, making it its premium destination for all text-based interaction, providing better visibility to those who are still on Facebook and Instagram.
Meta’s Threads and its Focus on Growth
Mark Zuckerberg’s take on a text-only app arrived with Threads earlier this year, and one of its main focuses is to provide a rivaling platform that would compete with Elon Musk’s X (formerly Twitter). Apart from the massive experiences it offered that would take users far away from X, it recently brought the web version of the experience, after massive public requests.
Various features were introduced by Zuckerberg, Adam Mosseri, and the Threads team over the past, with the platform recently introducing the Trending Topics feature for better discovery of renowned topics.
It was said before that Threads is only beginning, and despite the waning user base that was significantly different than when it started, there is still hope for the app.
