How many space dimensions are possible?

Universe, the biggest thing discovered till date. But have you ever imagined, how it works? After discovering all the rules of physics and mathematics we came to know that we are living in a 3 Dimensional world. But according to some theories like String theory and M theory there could be many more dimensions exist in our world. So today we are going to learn some theories about space dimensions and also try to find out some truth and facts.

As many physicist say that all the things started by Zero, so our first dimension which is called as ‘The Zero Dimension.’ To know more about this dimension, you have to imagine a tiny dot and that’s all. But this dimension is the base of all other dimensions.

If you want to imagine the 1st dimension, you have to imagine two tiny dots and just draw a line from one point to another. And if there is any object which is placed in 1st dimension then the object wouldn’t have any width and depth but only length. That was all about the 1st dimension.

Now let’s move forward and imagine the 2nd dimension, the 2nd dimensional object will have only width and length but not depth. To know more about 2 dimensional object you have to imagine a creature which is a flat lander and the object will see our world as 2 dimensional world.

The 3rd dimension is indeed the most important and easy to understand because all we see is in our world, is 3 dimensional. In 3 dimensional world, object not only has length and width but also has depth and hight. All the things, which are around us is in 3rd dimension.

The other seven dimensions are just imagination, there is no proof of their existence. But according to some theories, the universe is full of mysteries and possibilities. According to some scientists 4th dimension is the time and as we live in 3 dimensional world, it is beyond our imagination.
