Malaysians facing i-Sinar Online application status display error

Just a few hours ago, the KWSP Malaysia (EPF) just tweeted on their account apologizing on the i-Sinar Online application status display error. According to folks online, many have received approval but for some reason, the status changed to in the process.

It’s unknown if it’s just the system data display error or the users have been rejected for the payment. The EPF team have been working on the technical issues last night and according to the tweet, the users can review the status of their applications today from 8 AM this morning. The users are supposed to receive the payment before February 2021.

The EPF would like to apologize for the technical problems on the i-Sinar Online application status display. We are working to overcome this difficulty and members can review the application status on February 8, 2021 starting at 8:00 am.

Many citizens have expressed their disappointment on the application, as some of their statuses is still in process. One of the users, Muhammad Hafiz Hashim said he’s still experiencing technical problems, even though the EPF has informed that system should be alright by now. Perhaps it will take some time for the system to refresh and show the correct status.
