Malaysia on untapped talent in the Industry 4.0

Malaysia has risked losing out on the potentially new innovations, but have untapped talent existing within the country.

The Malaysian Prime Minister has also called out the industry for growing and innovating alongside the requirements and needs of IR4. 0.

He said that the 4th Industrial Revolution would change the type of jobs that were needed in the industry. He added that as a nation, their strong view was to create the jobs for the future.

In his speech at the Beyond Paradigm Summit 2019, he said that their goal must be to automate the work but also humanize jobs, to let the machines do the dangerous and repetitive tasks and allow humans to do the interactive, creative, and empathetic jobs

Therefore, Dr. Mahathir said that an immediate response was required for Malaysia to build, adopt, and integrate different technological solutions for transforming the workforce and industries.

For completely manifesting the technological innovations in the economic framework of Malaysia, a symbiotic relationship of a type should be formed among the relevant agencies of the government and the private sector which are helming it

He further added that they were happy to observe SerbaDinamik IT Solutions leading to initiate the activities for propelling and navigating businesses via the digital option.

Dr. Mahathir further urged the SMEs as well as local businesses to be there at the forefronts of digital transformation to remain attractive for the investors and also competitive on the worldwide scale.
