The perfect source for uptodate

: is the latest in BioWare’s line of Dragon Age tie-in comics, and, courtesy of Dark Horse Comics, Polygon is happy to offer the first six of its first issue to feast your eyeballs on.

Deception follows Knight Errant — about an elven squire stealing from the most fortified building in Kirkwall — and Magekiller — about a mercenary duo recruited by the Inquisition — with a story about a con artist attempting to fleece a noble scion in a city on the brink of war. Olivia Pryde is a new character for the world of Thedas, but Dragon Age fans will find one very familiar face just in these few pages: Dorian Pavus, a companion and romanceable character from Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Dragon Age: Deception #1, written by Nunzio DeFilippis and Christina Weir, and drawn by Fernando Heinz Furukawa (the team behind Knight Errant), will hit shelves on Oct. 10. Covers for the series are drawn by Sachin Teng.
